The cellar is the oldest part of the complex and has always been one of the places dearest to family men. The five generations that have followed in the property have always enhanced this place, suitable for the aging of wines and cured meats.

Today the place has been restored to its ancient appearance thanks to careful sandblasting and the restoration with lime plaster has improved its healthiness. Temperature and humidity are constantly monitored for the good conservation of food products
